As a writer, storytelling comes naturally to me. Or maybe I’m just that kind of writer, having written a lot of autobiographical work.

In any case, Mezrab (the House of Storytelling), founded by Sahand Sahebdivani and inhabited by the most wonderful group of international weirdos you can possibly imagine, is my happy place. Through my friend Fer Rodil I’ve told many stories there now, which is always great. The audience at Mezrab is the best audience I’ve ever performed for.
